1. The first step towards successful career planning starts
with one's self , it begins with knowing yourself. what are your interests,
skills, needs, preferred roles and environment. the second step is making
options, in this step you are about to explore which occupation are you
interested, after listing down your options you must get more specific
information about this listed options. in the third step you will match your
options. you will identify possible occupations that you are best fitted, in
this process you will also choose the short term (goal that is done in the
mind) or long term (written, evaluated and monitored goal) option. The last
process is where you will take actions, in this step you will develop the
previous steps; you will find a job, write your resume and prepare for job
interviews.

1. "I choose teaching because it is challenging, I believe that
every student has their own talent that is need of development, and only we
music educators an see it. So that's why I choose teaching as my profession, to
enhance the talents of every student. And we music educators belong to the
group of "Endangered Species"
